Bondi is a family of sushi lovers and makers. Inspired by the simplicity and calmness of Bondi Beach just off Sydney’s east shore are they setting of to shoot a beam of sunlight on their first New York location. I was approached in the very early stages of the branding process to research, design and manufacture a unique and cost-effective packaging system that elevates the fast casual eating experience. Where traditional stock sushi trays offer little area for curation and often a mediocre eating experience, the Bondi packaging was designed with the notion of a traditional upscale plate serving. By anchoring soy as a centerpiece and making room for a more relaxed eating experience, we know that Bondi’s customers will enjoy their eating experience much more!
