Token is selecting, wrapping and delivering hundreds of gifts at a time, in a way that makes each item appear to be hand selected by the gift-giver themself. I participated this project during my intern at MTWO New York. MTWO was contracted to rethink Tokens gift wrap components, both from a consumers experience point of view and a logistical. Designing for both a more inviting step-by-step unwrapping experience, wile meticulously looking at every component for optimization, ease of use and opportunity to rethink. MTWO's process commenced with an unwrapping user case research study mapping opportunity for improvements both from a savings and a additions perspective, a broad proxy/ comps research looking at popular gift giving, dissecting findings and analyzing competition, before moving into design.
